Setting the telescopic tube
1. Unlock the telescopic tube.
2. Set the required length of the tele-
scopic tube.

Switching on the appliance
1. Hold the mains plug and pull it out
to the required length.
2. Insert the mains plug into the
socket.
3. Press ⁠.

a The status display pulses white.
a The appliance is in standby mode.
Note:Risk of damage to the appli-
ance caused by being in standby
mode for too long. If you want to stop
vacuuming for a longer period of
time, switch off the appliance.
Switching off the appliance
1. Press .
a The status display goes out and
quickly flashes white three times
after a short time.
a The appliance switches off. Any
functions currently in progress are
cancelled.
2. Unplug the mains plug.
3. Briefly pull on the mains power
supply cord and then let go.
a The power cord retracts automatic-
ally.
