Basic recipe
500 g flour
14 g sugar
14 g margarine
7 g salt
1 packets of dry yeast
250 ml water
Mix all ingredients with the kneading
hook for approx. ½ minute at setting 1,
then for approx. 3-4 minutes at setting 5.
Mayonnaise

1 tbs. mustard
1 tbs. lemon juice or vinegar
200-250 ml oil
Salt, pepper to taste
Ingredients must be at the same
temperature!
Put the ingredients in the jug.
Place high-speed hand blender in
the bottom of the jug and switch on
(setting M
Slowly raise the switched on high-speed
hand blender as far as the upper edge
of the mixture and lower again until the
mayonnaise is ready.
Tip: According to this recipe you can also
make mayonnaise with egg yolk only.
However, use only half the amount of oil.
