#1 Samsung wf337aal/xaa wont pump out water?

I have the same washer..same problem..pump tested ok on the bench when connected to power. All lines r free from any obstruction. Any clues r much appreciated.

#2 I have a problem with the soap dispenser being filled up with water at the end of the cycle. All the soap has been dispensed but the dispenser cup is full of water. This is on a samsung front load washer. The washer is about 2 years old but the problem just started about a week ago.

Remove detergent drawer by pulling out, some models got a tab where you need to push for release. Remove plastic cover from softener compertment and clean it. It maybe clogged up with residues from softener or liquid detergent
