#1 How long before it automatically shuts off? Also, is there a way to turn this feature off?

If no operations have been performed for 15 minutes or more and audio is not being output, this device automatically switches to standby. You will not be able to turn this feature off.

#2 Does it pair with google home via bluebooth of wifi?

No, this soundbar will not connect to Alexa or Google's assistant via WiFi. These devices may have Bluetooth workarounds however you will need to contact Amazon and/or Google for assitance with this.

#3 Does it have CEC?

Yes, the S216 has CEC and ARC.

#4 My tv hdmi arc is attached to my denon a/v receiver. do i only need to attach an optical cable from my a/v receiver to the soundbar?

This setup will not work. The soundbar and the A/V receiver will not work together as they both are designed to be used independently.

#5 Does this unit come with a headphone jack or a 3.5mm adapter?

No, the unit doesn't support headphones nor does it come with a 3.5 mm adapter.
