#1 Does it have bluetooth to connect to HR monitor?

You can use a heart rate monitor, but it must be an iFit strap...either around your arm or chest. Thanks

#2 Can you use headphones with this?

Yes. There is a headphone jack for wired earbuds. No Bluetooth support. I did buy a thirty dollar Bluetooth transmitter to plug into headphone jack so that I can use with Bluetooth wireless earbuds.

#3 Can the screen be used for anything other than the personal trainer?

The monitor is limited. It is a touchscreen. And it connects directly with the rower. You can output via HDMI to a second screen. But you can not input (like from an Apple TV or Blu-Ray player). The monitor starts up and loads directly into iFit. This happens whether you have a subscription or not. The monitor still has some features without a subscription. To try to do anything to it requires you to unscrew the whole thing and void the warranty. I got an Ipad holder and connected it to the rower. I row in manual mode (no live trainer) and watch videos on the Ipad.
