Plate warming
This function is used when you want to warm tableware (plates,
cups) so that the served food stays hotter for longer.
By choosing this function you can determine the warming up
temperature and duration.

Defrost
This function uses hot air (30 ºC). Use this function for slow
defrosting of frozen dishes (cakes, biscuits, cookies, bread, bread
rolls and frozen fruit).
By choosing this function you can determine the duration.
Turn the food over after half the defrost time has elapsed; stir the
food or break up large pieces if these are frozen together.
