1. Unplug cord from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and

4. Do not leave appliance unattended while in use.

7. Keep hands and utensils out of jar while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury
to persons or damage to the appliance. A rubber spatula may be used only when the
blender is not running.
8. Blades are sharp. Handle with care.
9. To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on motor base without first
putting jar properly in place.
10. Always put the lid on the jar before operating the blender.
11. Do not blend boiling liquids in the blender.
12. When blending hot liquids beware of steam. Remove the filler cap from the lid to
allow steam to escape.
13. Do not operate any electrical appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after appliance
malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to
nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
14. Do not use outdoors or for commercial purposes.
15. Always operate appliance on a flat surface.
16. Unplug blender when not in use, before taking off or putting on parts and before
cleaning.
17. Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use.
18. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer
may result in fire, electrical shock or injury to persons.
19. This appliance is intended for processing small quantities of food for immediate
consumption. This appliance is not intended to prepare large quantities of food at one
time.
20. Do not place appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven or
microwave.
