#1 What type of pods do I use with the suny machine

Tassimo pods are the compatible pods. These are available from either our website or any supermarkets.

#2 The bottom red light on the control panel has come on. What does this denote please.

When the bottom symbol lights up in red this indicates the appliance needs descaling.

#3 How can I stop this coffee maker producing so much froth - I want a coffee with NO FROTH

Each coffee pod has its own bar code, this tells the appliance how to make the coffee. Unfortunately this isn't something that can be changed.

#4 Can you get just hot water from the machine? As I do also like to drink plain boiled water

This will only work with pods as these have barcodes. You are unable to dispense just hot water.
