Adjust the head restraint so that its center is
approximately at ear level.
Distance
Adjust the distance so that the head restraint
is as close as possible to the back of the head.
Adjusting the height
▷ To raise: push.
▷ To lower: press button, arrow 1, and push
headrest down.
Folding forward
Press button, arrow 1, and fold the head re‐
straint forward.
Removing
Only remove the head restraint if no one will be
sitting in the seat in question.
