Intended Use
The intended commercial use of this machine is to aid exercise and improve general physical fitness.
Instructions

Use only in manner depicted. To avoid serious injury, use equipment only as describe
in placards located on each machine.
Injuries to health may result from incorrect or excessive training.
All adjustment points on the machine have yellow handles or knobs.

Rectus Abdominis, Internal
Oblique, External Oblique
Push the handles by bending forward from trunk
while keeping arms fully extended.
Adjust foot bar for a bend at the knees.
Extend legs to keep back firmly against pad
while keeping slight bend at the knees.
Grasp handles, lean back while extending
arms.
