#1 Hello, does the product come with a charger?

Yes it does ,it comes with a wall plug in.

#2 My new one picks up no frequency. even bypassing squelch. there is zero recieving. did i get a lemon, or am i missing something? it acts as if there

Make sure you are in an area where you can receive a signal. Did you properly put the receive frequency in, or did you put the input frequency in the RX spot? Your best bet to test would be to go to the National Weather Service web page and find out what frequency they are transmitting in your area for the weather radio. Put your radio in frequency mode, type it in and turn your volume up. If you don’t hear anything, your radio is bad. If you do, recheck your input/receive frequency when programming, of the frequency you are looking for may have a PL tone set. I suggest using Chirp to program.

#3 How do i use as a walkie talkie?

Lower watt out put setting. You need to determine the frequency(ies) and download to the radio. We had a friend do it fir us and the name for the frequencies are the channel numbers associated with the regular walker talkies you buy.
