Intended use
The cable is intended to connect a sending device (e.g. computer, DVD Player, …) to a
displaying device (e.g. TV, computer monitor, projector, …). Indoor-use only!
1. Remove the cable from the packaging
2. Remove the dust caps from the cable ends
3. Use a free HDMI-Port on your displaying device and connector the cable. Pay
attention to the plug direction.
4. Connect the other end of the cable to your sending device. Pay attention to the plug
direction.
Important Information:
Take care that the cable is not bent too much and free of damages. Applying too much force
can damage the cable or the connected devices, so please handle with care.
Damaged cables need to be disposed and must not be used anymore!

Instrucciones de uso
El cable está destinado a conectar un dispositivo de envío (por ejemplo, un ordenador, un
reproductor de DVD, etc.) a un dispositivo de visualización (por ejemplo, un televisor, un
monitor de ordenador, un proyector, etc.). Sólo para uso en interiores!
1. Retirar el cable del embalaje
2. Quitar las tapas antipolvo de los extremos de los cables
3. Utilice un puerto HDMI libre en su dispositivo de visualización y conecte el cable.
Preste atención a la dirección del enchufe.
4. Conecte el otro extremo del cable a su dispositivo de envío. Preste atención a la
dirección del enchufe.
Información importante:
Tenga cuidado de que el cable no esté demasiado doblado y libre de daños. Si aplica
demasiada fuerza puede dañar el cable o los dispositivos conectados, por lo que le rogamos
que lo maneje con cuidado.
Los cables dañados deben desecharse y no deben volver a utilizarse.

Important Safeguards
• Close supervision is necessary when the product is used by children.
• For indoor use only.
• Avoid contacting product or parts thereof are in motion. Keep hands, hair, and clothing away
from moving product to reduce the risk of injury to persons and/or damage to the product.
• Do not modify or alter the product in any way.
• Do not operate the product, 5-star base or any other connected object when product has been
damaged.
Limited warranty and liability
Breuer & Schillings GbR guarantees the product against defects in workmanship and material for a
period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment or date of invoice, whichever is later. The
product must be used and installed for its intended purpose, or this warranty is void.
This limited warranty does not cover problems with your product that were caused by accident, abuse,
misuse, neglect, fire or exposure to heat, bright light, sun, liquids, sand or other contaminants, contact
with cleaners or other chemicals, unauthorized use, alterations or repair, theft, or other external causes
such as malfunction of other electronic equipment.
Any alteration or modification of the product will also void this warranty. Breuer & Schillings GbR
OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. No
other warranty or remedy shall be provided. This warranty specifically does not guarantee or cover
payment or reimbursement of any damages or consequential damages beyond the above.
Any claim under this warranty must be made in writing within twelve (12) months of the date of
shipment or the date of invoice, whichever is later. If it is determined that the product is defective in
material or workmanship a replacement will occur at no charge and return freight prepaid by Breuer &
Schillings GbR. All other return of product shall be at the customer’s sole expense.
Breuer & Schillings GbR AND ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES
SPECIFICALLY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE
WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
WHICH MIGHT OTHERWISE BE APPLICABLE UNDER ANY STATE OR FEDERAL LAW. IN NO CASE SHALL THE
COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR
ANY OTHER WARRANTY.
Breuer & Schillings GbR disclaims any consequential damages to person or property, damages for loss of
use, lost time, loss of profit, lost income, loss of the product itself and/or other incidental or
consequential damages other than as warranted by Breuer & Schillings GbR limited warranty. Customer
accepts the responsibility of removing from service any product that becomes worn out, unusable, unfit
for intended use or defective in any way such as to make the product a potential safety hazard. Breuer &
Schillings GbR is unable to undertake such obligations or responsibilities on behalf of the customer as
the customer is in sole possession and control of the product.
If the product proves defective, and you follow the instructions that we will provide to you for returning
the product, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions:

i. replace the product with either a new or a refurbished product that is the same as or similar to
the product you purchased;
ii. repair the product using either new or refurbished parts; or
iii. refund to you the purchase price of the product.
There is no assurance, representation or warranty that any replacement product will be identical to or
will offer the same functionalities as the product returned to us. Technological advances and product
availability may result in your receiving a replacement product with a lower selling price than the
original product you purchased. In all cases, product comparability will be determined by us at our sole
discretion.
This limited warranty applies only to products purchased within the United States (including the lower
48 states, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, but excluding
APO/FPO addresses that are outside of those named jurisdictions)(collectively, the “Territory”).
Replacement and repaired products or parts will only be shipped to addresses within the Territory, and
refunds will only be credited to accounts located within the Territory. This limited warranty applies only
to hardware components of the product. All parts and products that you return to us and for which we
give you a refund or replacement will become our or our affiliate’s property upon our receipt. Failure to
ship the damaged part or product back to us may result in your being charged for the replacement part
or product at full retail price.

Importantes salvaguardias

• No utilice el producto, la base de 5 estrellas o cualquier otro objeto conectado cuando el
producto esté dañado.
Garantía limitada y Responsabilidad
Breuer & Schillings GbR garantiza el producto contra defectos de fabricación y de material durante un
período de doce (12) meses a partir de la fecha de envío o de facturación, lo que ocurra más tarde. El
producto debe utilizarse e instalarse para el fin para el que ha sido diseñado, de lo contrario, esta
garantía quedará anulada.
Esta garantía limitada no cubre problemas con su producto que hayan sido causados por accidente,
abuso, mal uso, negligencia, fuego o exposición al calor, luz brillante, sol, líquidos, arena u otros
contaminantes, contacto con limpiadores u otros productos químicos, uso no autorizado, alteraciones o
reparaciones, robo u otras causas externas como el mal funcionamiento de otros equipos electrónicos.
Cualquier alteración o modificación del producto también anulará esta garantía. LA OBLIGACIÓN DE
Breuer & Schillings GbR BAJO ESTA GARANTÍA ESTÁ LIMITADA A LA REEMPLAZO DE PRODUCTOS
DEFECTOSOSOS. No se proporcionará ninguna otra garantía o remedio. Esta garantía no garantiza ni
cubre específicamente el pago o reembolso de ningún daño o daño consecuente más allá de lo anterior.
Cualquier reclamo bajo esta garantía debe hacerse por escrito dentro de los doce (12) meses de la fecha

PARA UN PROPÓSITO EN PARTICULAR Y/O CUALQUIER GARANTÍA DE COMERCIABILIDAD QUE DE OTRA
MANERA PODRÍA SER APLICABLE BAJO CUALQUIER LEY ESTATAL O FEDERAL. EN NINGÚN CASO LA
COMPAÑÍA SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR CUALQUIER DAÑO CONSECUENTE O INCIDENTAL POR
INCUMPLIMIENTO DE ESTA O CUALQUIER OTRA GARANTÍA.
Breuer & Schillings GbR renuncia a cualquier daño consecuente a personas o propiedades, daños por
pérdida de uso, pérdida de tiempo, pérdida de beneficios, pérdida de ingresos, pérdida del producto en
sí y/o otros daños incidentales o consecuentes que no sean los garantizados por la garantía limitada de
Breuer & Schillings GbR. El cliente acepta la responsabilidad de retirar del servicio cualquier producto
que esté desgastado, inutilizable, no apto para el uso previsto o defectuoso de cualquier forma que haga
que el producto sea potencialmente peligroso para la seguridad. Breuer & Schillings GbR no puede
asumir tales obligaciones o responsabilidades en nombre del cliente, ya que éste se encuentra en
posesión y control exclusivos del producto.
Si el producto resulta defectuoso, y usted sigue las instrucciones que le daremos para devolverlo,
nosotros, a nuestra elección, tomaremos una de las siguientes medidas:
i. reemplazar el producto con uno nuevo o reacondicionado que sea igual o similar al producto que
compró;
ii. reparar el producto utilizando piezas nuevas o reacondicionadas; o

iii. reembolsarle el precio de compra del producto.
No hay garantía de que cualquier producto de reemplazo sea idéntico o ofrezca las mismas
funcionalidades que el producto que se nos devuelve. Los avances tecnológicos y la disponibilidad del
producto pueden resultar en que usted reciba un producto de reemplazo con un precio de venta más
bajo que el producto original que usted compró. En todos los casos, la comparabilidad de los productos
será determinada por nosotros a nuestra entera discreción.
