Vremi 10,000 Questions and Answers

Find answers or Ask a question.
  • Total questions: 5
  • Questions unAnswered : 5

#1 I have vertical windows, how tall does the window kit
extend to?
Do NOT buy this. It's impossible to return, and is so loud
and noisy that you will have health problems if you use this
unless you're using it in an area far away from people or
will only use it as a fan.

#2 Can you operate the unit only with the remote or are there
any buttons on the unit? (I can imagine misplacing the
remote at times)
There are buttons on the unit. In fact there is also a
recessed space in the top of the unit over those buttons
where the remote can be stored so it is easily
accessible and provides a "Home" after use. This would
hopefully reduce the likelihood of misplacing the
remote.

#3 Does the ducting for the exhaust feel warm to the touch
before it goes out the window while running?
Well, that's where the hot air has to go.. thru that tube, so,
yeah. I try to keep the tube as short as possible to prevent
leaching any heat back into my house. I'm also going to try
wrapping the tube in insulation.. like a duct.

#4 Is the vent hise included?
Yes everything is included. Waiting on my second one to
come in. Make sure u don’t turn on till 24h after delivery for
the best results like I did. Have not had to drain water yet
and it’s been a month now and it stay on

#5 Why does it not power on?
Double check the GFI button on the cord. I had plugged
two of them in on the same electrical zone which
caused both my units to short out. The GFI buttons
check out to protect the units. The other thing that
comes as a feature to these units is the timer. so if your
room temperature is what you're asking the unit to do it
won't kick on. I hope this is helpful.
