(like this one) upright throughout their
journey. Please leave it standing upright
and outside the box for 24 HOURS before
plugging it in.
In the event this product malfunctions or customer
believes it is defective, the customer should contact
Customer Service and retain the defective product
pending further instructions. Defective product should be
clearly marked or stored where it cannot be used again by
mistake. Failure to retain the product may impede Vremi’s
ability to correct any legitimate problem and may limit the
extent to which Vremi may provide recourse.

Important Safety Instructions
1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
2. Children shall not play with the appliance.
3. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
4. Disconnect the appliance from its power source during service and when replacing parts.
5. The appliance shall be installed in accordance with national wiring regulations.
6. Warning: before obtaining access to terminals, all supply circuits must be disconnected.
7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualied
person in order to avoid a hazard.
8. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
9. The appliance shall not be installed in the laundry.
10. Please note: Check the nameplate for the type of refrigerant gas used in your appliance.
11. Specic information regarding appliances with refrigerant gas. R410A, R134a, R290 is a refrigerant that complies
with European ecological standards; nevertheless, it is recommended not to pierce the cooling circuit of the
machine. At the end of its useful life, deliver the appliance to a special waste collection centre for disposal.
12. This hermetically sealed system contains uorinated greenhouse gases.

21. This unit is equipped with a cord that has a earthed wire connected to an earthed pin or grounding tab. The plug
must be plugged into a socket that is properly installed and earthed. Do not under any circumstances cut or
remove the earthed pin or grounding tab from this plug.
22. The unit should be used or store in such a way that it is protected from moisture e.g. condensation, splashed
water, etc. Unplug unit immediately if this occurs.
23. Always transport your appliance in a vertical position and place on a stable, level surface during use. If the unit is
transported laying on its side it should be stood up and left unplugged for 6 hours.
24. Always use the switch on the control panel or remote control to turn the unit off, and do not start or stop
operation by plugging in or unplugging the power cord. It can result in the risk of electric shock.
25. Do not touch the buttons on the control panel with your wet and damp ngers.
26. Do not use hazardous chemicals to clean or come into contact with the unit. To prevent damage to the surface
nish, use only a soft cloth to clean the appliance. Do not use wax, thinner, or a strong detergent. Do not use the
unit in the presence of inammable substance or vapour such as alcohol, insecticides, gasoline, etc.

27. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with, operate or climb on the appliance.
28. If the appliance is making unusual sounds or is emitting smoke or an unusual odor, unplug it immediately.
29. Do not clean the unit with water. Water can enter the unit and damage the insulation, creating a shock hazard. If
water enters the unit, unplug it immediately and contact Customer Service.
30. Utilize two or more people to lift and install the unit.
31. Be sure all accessories are removed from the packing before use.
32. To avoid possible cuts, avoid contacting the metal parts of the appliance when removing or re-installing the lter.
It can result in the risk of personal injury.
33. Do not block the air inlet or outlet of the appliance. Reduced air ow will result in poor performance and could
damage the unit.
34. Always grasp the plug when plugging in or unplugging the appliance. Never unplug by pulling on the cord. It
can result in the risk of electrical shock and damage.
35. Install the appliance on a sturdy, level oor capable of supporting up to 110lbs(50kg). Installation on a weak or
unlevel oor can result in the risk of property damage and personal injury.
36. Close all doors and windows to the room for most efcient operation.

Important Safety Instructions
IMPORTANT - GROUNDING METHOD
This product is factory equipped with a power supply cord that has a three-pronged grounded plug. It must be
plugged into a mating grounding type receptacle in accordance with the National Electrical Code and applicable
local codes and ordinances. If the circuit does not have a grounding type receptacle, it is the responsibility and
obligation of the customer to exchange the existing receptacle in accordance with the National Electrical Code
and applicable local codes and ordinances. The third ground prong should not, under any circumstances, be cut
or removed. Never use the cord, the plug or the appliance when they show any sign of damage. Do not use your
appliance with an extension cord unless it has been checked and tested by a qualied electrical supplier. Improper
connection of the grounding plug can result in risk of re, electric shock and/or injury to persons associated with the
appliance. Check with a qualied service representative if in doubt that the appliance is properly grounded.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Before plugging the appliance into the mains socket, check that:
1. The mains power supply corresponds to the value indicated on the rating plate on the back of the appliance.
2. The power socket and electrical circuit are adequate for the appliance.
3. The mains socket matches the plug. If this is not the case, have the plug replaced.
4. The mains socket is adequately earthed. Failure to follow these important safety instructions absolves the
manufacturer of all liability.
Important information for correct disposal of the product in accordance with EC Directive 2012/19/EU.
At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban
waste. It must be taken to a special local authority differentiated waste collection
centre or to a dealer providing this service. Disposing of a household appliance
separately avoids possible negative consequences for the environment and
health deriving from inappropriate disposal and enables the constituent
materials to be recovered to obtain signicant savings in energy and resources.
As a reminder of the need to dispose of household appliances separately, the

Installation Instructions
In the Cool Mode the appliance must be placed close to a window or opening so that the
warm exhaust air can be ducted outside.
First position unit on a at oor and make sure there’s a minimum of 12” (30cm) clearance
around the unit, and is within the vicinity of a single circuit outlet power source.
1. Extend either side of the hose (Fig.1) and screw the hose inlet (Fig.2).
2. Extend the other side of the hose and screw it to the hose outlet (Fig.3).
3. Install the hose inlet into the unit (Fig.4).
4. Attach the hose outlet into the window slider kit and seal (Fig.5&6).
Window slider kit has been designed to t most standard vertical and horizontal window applications. However, it
may be necessary for you to modify some aspects of the installation procedures for certain types of windows. The
Window slider kit can be fastened with screws.
NOTE:
If the window opening is less than the minimum length of the window slider kit, cut on opposite side of the hole
to t the window opening. Never cut the hole on Window slider kit.

2. Assembly:
Slide Panel B and C into Panel A to widow width. When adjusting the window width, make sure that the Window
kit assembly is free from gaps and/or air pockets when taking measurements.
3. Lock the holes with screws. Make sure that there are no gaps or air pockets in the Window kit assembly after
installation.

1. The unit should be placed on a rm ground to minimize noise and vibration.
For safe and secure positioning, place the unit on a smooth, level oor to
support the unit.
2. To move the unit with casters, make sure to move on smooth and at surfaces.
Be careful when moving on carpeted surfaces. Protect oor when moving
over wood oors. Do not attempt to move the unit over objects.
3. The unit must be placed within reach of a properly rated grounded socket.
4. Never place any obstacles around the air inlet or outlet of the unit.
5. Allow at least 18 inch (45cm) of free space against the wall to work efciently.
6. The hose can be extended, but it is the best to keep the length to minimum
required. Also make sure that the hose does not have any sharp bends or sags.

1. Cut the foam seal (adhesive type) to the proper length
and attach it to the window sash.
2. Attach the window slider kit to the window sash. Adjust
the length of the window slider kit according to the width
of window. The width of the window should be more than
20 inches but less than 53 inches.
3. Cut the foam seal (adhesive type) to the proper length
and attach it on the of the window.
4. Close the window securely against the window slider kit.
5. Secure the window slider kit to the window sash.
6. Cut the foam seal to an appropriate length and seal the
open gap between the top window frame and outer
window frame.

Plug into the mains socket, the appliance is now in standby mode.
Press the button to turn on the appliance. The last active setting when it was turned off will appear.
Never turn the appliance off by unplugging from the mains. Always press the button, then wait for a few
minutes before unplugging. This allows the appliance to perform a cycle of checks to verify operation.

Operating Instructions
To cool and dehumidify the room, follow the settting below:
1. Press the button a number of times until the symbol appears.
2. Select the target temperature 18-32 (64-90) by pressing the or button
until the desired value is displayed.
3. Select the required fan speed by pressing the button.
4. Fan speed can be selected in: High, Med, Low, Auto
High speed: for maximum fan power
Med speed: reduces noise levels but still maintains a good level of comfort
Low speed: for silent operation
Auto speed: the appliance automatically selects the most suitable fan speed based on the temperature
setting.
Tips:
The most suitable temperature for the room during the summer varies from 24 to 27(75 to 81). You are
recommended, however, not to set the temperature much lower than the outdoor temperature.
COOL MODE
HEAT MODE *
“*” means only the heat pump model have this function.
To set this mode correctly:
1. Press the button a number of times until the symbol appears.
2. Select the target temperature 13-27(55-81) by pressing the or button until the corresponding
value is displayed.
3. Select the required fan speed by pressing the button.
4. Fan speed can be selected: High, Med, Low, Auto
5. Water removed from the air will be collected in the tank.
6. When the tank is full, the appliance shuts down and “ (full tank) appears on the display. The tank cap must be
taken off. Empty all water and then put the cap back in place.
7. When the water tank has been emptied, the appliance will start up again.
NOTE:
- When operating in very cold rooms, the appliance defreezes automatically, momentarily interrupting normal
operation. ” appears on the display.
- In this mode, you may have to wait for a few minutes before the appliance starts emitting hot air.
- In this mode, the fan may operate for a short period, even though the set temperature has already been reached.

When using the appliance in this mode, the air hose does not need to be attached.

2. Select the required fan speed by pressing the button.
3. Fan speed can be selected: High, Med, Low.
FAN MODE
SWING FUNCTION
Operating Instructions
This function is useful for select the up/down swing of air Delivery.
To set this function correctly:
1. Select the operating mode (cool, dry, fan) as described above.
2. Press the button several times, the deector will start or stop swing.
Ideal to reduce room humidity (damp rooms in rainy seasons, etc).
In dry mode, the appliance should be prepared in the same way as for cool mode, with the air
exhaust hose attached to enable the moisture to be discharged outside.
To set this mode correctly:
1. Press the button a number of times until the symbol appears.
2. In this mode, fan speed is selected automatically by the appliance and cannot be set manually.
DRY MODE
This function is useful during night as it gradually reduces operation of the appliance.
To set this function correctly:
1. Select the cool or heat mode as described above.
2. Press the button. The screen light will dim and turn off in about 1 minute.
If you want to check the status, press any of the buttons below. The light will turn off in 5 seconds.
The appliance operates in the previously selected mode.
When you choose the SLEEP function, the screen will reduce the brightness.
The SLEEP function maintains the room at optimum temperature without excessive uctuations in either temperature
or humidity with silent operation. Fan speed is always at Low.
When in COOL mode, the selected temperature will increase by 1(1) per hour in a 2 hour period. This new
temperature will be maintained for the next 6 hours. Then the appliance turns off.
When in HEAT mode, the selected temperature will decrease by 1(1) per hour in a 3 hour period. This new
temperature will be maintained for the next 5 hours. Then the appliance turns off.
The SLEEP function can be canceled at any time during operation by pressing the “Sleep”, “Mode” or “fan speed” button.
In FAN or DRY mode, SLEEP function cannot be set.

When the appliance is in standby mode, press and hold the button for 20 seconds. Temperature will toggle
between ℃ and ℉.
For example: In cool mode, the screen displays as g.7 will change to g.8.

Programming start up

appliance.

- The remote control must be no more than 23 feet (7 meters) away from the appliance (without obstacles

- The remote control must be handled with extreme care. Do not drop it or expose it to direct sunlight or
sources of heat. If the remote control does not work, take out the battery and put it back again.

To use the remote control for the rst time, remove the transparent insulating strip
from the battery housing by gently pulling it out.

To get the best from your appliance, follow these recommendations:
1. Close the windows and doors in the room to be air conditioned (g.14). When
installing the appliance semi-permanently, you should leave a door slightly open (as
little as 0.4 inch) for proper ventilation;
2. Protect the room from direct exposure to the sun by partially closing curtains and/or
blinds to make the appliance much more economical to run (g.15);
3. Never rest objects of any kind on the appliance;
4. Do not obstruct the air intake and outlet (g.16). Leave the grilles free of obstacle;
5. Make sure there are no heat sources in the room;
6. Never use the appliance in very damp rooms (laundries for example).
7. Never use the appliance outdoors.
8. Make sure the appliance is standing on a level surface. if necessary, place the castor
locks under the front wheels.
TIPS FOR CORRECT USE
Chemical Burn Hazard. Keep batteries away from children.
This product contains a lithium button/coin cell battery. If a new or used lithium button/coin cell
battery is swallowed or enters the body, it can cause severe internal burns and can lead to death in
as little as 2 hours. Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment
does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep it away from
children. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body,
seek immediate medical attention.
The cells shall be disposed of properly, including keeping them away from children;
Even used cells may cause injury.

WATER DRAINAGE METHOD
Operating Instructions
When there is excess water condensation inside the unit, the appliance stops running and shows “ (FULL TANK
as mentioned in SELF-DIAGNOSIS). This indicates that the water condensation needs to be drained using the
following procedures:
Manual Draining (g.17)
Water may need to be drained in high humidity areas
1. Unplug the unit from power source.
2. Place a drain pan under the lower drain plug. See diagram.
3. Remove the lower drain plug.
4. Water will drain out and collect in the drain pan (may not be supplied).
5. After the water is drained, replace the lower drain plug rmly.
6. Turn on the unit.

Continuous Draining (g.18)
While using the unit in dehumidier mode, continuous drainage is recommended.
1. Unplug the unit from the power source.
2. Remove the drain plug. While doing this operation some residual water may spill
so please have a pan to collect the water.
3. Connect the drain hose (1/2” or 12.7mm, may not be supplied). See diagram.
4. The water can be continuously drained through the hose into a oor drain or
bucket.
5. Turn on the unit.
NOTE:
Make sure that the height of and section of the drain hose should not be higher than that of the drain outlet, or the
water tank may not be drained. (g.19 and g.20)

Operating Instructions
You should clean the appliance with a slightly damp cloth then dry with a dry cloth.
1. Never wash the appliance with water. It could be dangerous.
2. Never use petrol, alcohol or solvents to clean the appliance.
3. Never spray insecticide liquids or similar.
CLEANING
Before cleaning or maintenance, turn the appliance off by pressing the button on the control panel or remote
control, wait for a few minutes then unplug from the mains socket.
CLEANING THE CABINET
To keep your appliance working efciently, you should clean the lter every week of operation.
The evaporator lter can take out like g.21.
The condenser lters are two pieces.
Step1: Take out one lter like g.22.
Step2: Take out other lter like g.23-24.
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust accumulations from the lter. If it is very dirty, immerse in warm water and rinse
a number of times. Water should never be hotter than 40(104). After washing, leave the lter to dry then attach
the Intake grille to the appliance.

Cleaning and Maintenance
START-END OF SEASON OPERATIONS
START OF SEASON CHECKS
Make sure the power cable and plug are not damaged and the earth system is efcient.
Follow the installation instructions precisely.
END OF SEASON OPERATIONS
To empty the internal circuit completely of water, remove the cap (g.26).
Run off all water into a basin. When all the water has been drained, put the cap back in place.
Clean the lter and dry thoroughly before putting back.

Vremi LLC or an authorized reseller, with an original proof of purchase and where a defect has
arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacturing, parts or workmanship during
the Warranty Period. The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors,
including but without limitation: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) abuse, mishandling, accident or
failure to follow operating instructions; (c) exposure to liquid or inltration of foreign particles;
(d) servicing or modication of the product other than by Vremi. These are our general terms
for the warranty service, but we always urge our customers to reach out to us with any issue,
