MEAL PLAN 2: BBQ CHICKEN WITH BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE AND CHEESY CORN

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups corn, fresh
6 ounces cream cheese
1/8 cup butter or margarine, cubed
1 1/2 tablespoon water
1 1/2 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in crock. Mix well.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or until heated through and the cheese is
melted.
3. When finished cooking, season with salt and pepper. Mix well before serving.
Tip: this recipe is very versatile when it comes to using the ingredients.
You can use frozen corn, your favorite cheese or slices of cheese.
3 slices of cheese = about 6 to 8 ounces.
