Initial Setup
1. Uncover the microSD slot by lifting its rubber cover.
2. Insert a Class 10 or higher microSD/HC/XC card (up to 128GB).
Format before first usage!
3. Uncover the mini USB port by lifting its rubber cover
4. Connect the camera via a mini USB cable to a powered USB port,
and charge the battery for 2.5 hours before first use.
5. Replace the rubber covers securely to cover both the microSD slot and mini
USB port. You are ready to go!

POWER ON/OFF
1. Press and hold the button to power on.
2. The Rear Screen will power on, showing the welcome display.
3. The camera is now ready to record video or take photos.
4. Current camera mode is indicated by the colour of the Status LED and
Rear Screen, along with the icon in the top left of the Rear Screen.
5. To power o, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.

MODE NAVIGATION
To change the current camera recording mode, press the button; changing
between Video, Photo, Timelapse, Photoburst, and General Settings modes.

Camera Modes
VIDEO MODE
(Green LED) Press the button to start
recording. The Status LED and LCD backlight
will flash red to indicate recording. Press the
button again to stop recording.

PHOTO MODE
(Yellow LED) The camera will capture still images
when the button is pressed, and the status
LED and LCD screen will flash red each time a
photo is captured.

CHANGE SETTINGS
In any mode press the button to highlight a setting.
Press the button to change the option for the highlighted setting.
TIMELAPSE MODE
(Purple LED) Press the button to capture
a series of still images at a specified rate. The
Status LED and LCD screen will flash red each
time an image is captured. To stop recording,
press the button once more.

PHOTOBURST MODE
(Cyan LED) The camera will capture a burst
of still images for an allotted duration and
at a specified rate, when the button is
pressed. For best results, use a memory card

SETTINGS MENU NAVIGATION
1. On arrival to the settings menu, the highlight black box rests on the top,
highlighting the Settings Menu icon as the starting position.
2. Press the button to navigate down, this highlights the next setting.
Press hold the
button to scroll upwards.
3. Press the button to change the option for that setting.
4. At any time, press the button to change mode (returning to Video).

Mounting the Camera
1. Attach the Universal Clip to the camera in any 360° orientation as needed –
first position the clip in the desired orientation, then secure by rotating the
screw base by hand.
2. Slide the Universal Clip into your chosen mount, ensuring that it ‘clicks’ into
place. *Double check it has been fully inserted by pushing out the clips.
3. Align your shot. Rotate the lens by hand, using the lens marker as an ‘up’
reference, maintaining it perpendicular to the ground for correct orientation.

Feature Overview
CAR DVR MODE
This hands-o mode is ideal for insurance and security purposes.
The camera records footage in a continuous loop style (DVR Intervals) recording
loop after loop until it fills the MicroSD Card. Once full, the oldest loops will be
deleted as the newer ones are saved. The DVR loop interval can be 10s, 30s, 1min,
2min, 5min or 10min.
VIDEO TAGGING
When activated, this feature allows the camera to continuously record video, but
only save when important footage is “Tagged”.
While recording video, pressing the button will save video from a past and
future interval since hitting the button - eectively filming an event which has
passed and subsequent developments. For example, with a video tagging interval of
30s selected, the camera will save the previous 30s, and an additional 30s – a total
of 1m “tagged” footage.
Video Tagging requires a class 10 micro SD card with 4GB of free space to function correctly.
INSTANT ON MODE
Enabling Instant On Mode allows the camera to turn on, and start recording with a
single press of the button.

A green Wi-Fi indicator LED shows that Wi-Fi is enabled.
Wi-Fi can also be turned on via the cameras settings menu.

Setup your shot, capture, playback, edit and live stream on your mobile device.
INSTALLING FIRMWARE
Download the latest firmware from the Drift website and copy the Ghost_X.bin file
into the root of a formatted micro SD card. Insert the micro SD card into the camera
and power on.
The camera screen will display ‘Firmware Updating’ as the update is installed. Once
complete, the camera will power down.

Connecting Your Camera
CONNECTING TO A PC
1. Connect the camera using the USB cable (provided); the camera screen
will show a USB icon.
2. The camera’s folder may open automatically; if not, open using
My Computer.
3. The camera should be recognised as a removable disk; double-click to open.
4. Open the DCIM folder to access your files.

Réglages initial
1. Découvrir le cran de microSD en soulevant son couvercle en caoutchouc.
2. Insérer une carte microSD / HC / XC de classe 10 ou supérieure (jusqu’à 128
GB). Format avant la première utilisation!
3. Découvrir le mini port USB en soulevant son couvercle en caoutchouc
4. Connecter le caméra par un câble mini-USB à un port USB alimenté et
charger la batterie pendant 2,5 heures avant la première utilisation.
5. Replacer les couvercless en caoutchouc en sécurité à couvrir à la fois le cran
de microSD et le port mini-USB. C’est prêt à utiliser!

1. Appuyer et maintenir le bouton pour allumer.
2. L’écran arrière s’allume, achant l’achage de bienvenue.
3. L’appareil photo est maintenant prêt à enregistrer une vidéo ou à prendre des

1. A l’arrivée au menu des paramètres, la case noire en surbrillance se trouve en
haut, mettant en surbrillance l’icône du menu de paramètres comme position
de départ.
2. Appuyer sur le bouton pour naviguer vers le bas, cela met en surbrillance
le réglage suivant ; Appuyer sur le bouton; Appuyer sur le bouton pour le
faire défiler vers le haut.
3. Appuyer le bouton pour changer l’option à ce paramètre.

Monter la Caméra
1. Fixer le clip universel sur la caméra dans n’importe quelle orientation à 360 °
selon les besoins - d’abord fixer le clip dans l’orientation desirée, puis fixer-le
en tournant la base de la vis à la main.
2. Faites glisser le clip universel dans le support choisi, en assurant qu’il
s’enclenche en place. * Vérifier encore une fois qu’il a été complètement
inséré en poussant les clips.
3. Aligner votre tir. Faites pivoter l’objectif à la main, en utilisant le marqueur
d’objectif comme référence «haute», en le maintenant perpendiculaire au
sol pour une orientation correcte.

Présentation des fonctionnalités
DVR MODE DE VOITURE
Ce mode de transfert est idéal pour l’assurance et la sécurité.
Le métrage d’enregistrement de la caméra est dans un enregistrement en boucle
continue (DVR Intervals) boucle après boucle jusqu’à ce qu’elle remplisse la carte
MicroSD. Une fois remplies, les boucles les plus anciennes seront supprimées en
même temps que les nouvelles seront sauvegardées. L’intervalle de boucle du DVR
peut être 10s, 30s, 1min, 2min, 5min ou 10min.
TAG VIDEO
Quand elle est activée, cette fonction permet à la caméra d’enregistrer en continu
des vidéos, mais n’enregistre que quand une séquence importante est “Tagged”.
Lors de l’enregistrement d’une vidéo, appuyer sur le bouton pour enregistrer
les vidéos passées, présentes et futures. Par exemple, avec un intervalle de tag
vidéo de 30 secondes sélectionné, la caméra enregistrera les 30 précédentes, et
30 secondes supplémentaires - soit un total de 1 m de vidéo «taguée».La fonction
de Tag vidéo nécessite une carte micro SD de classe 10 avec 4 Go d’espace libre pour fonctionner
correctement.

Wi-Fi + App
Pour allumer le Wi-Fi de votre Ghost X, appuyer simplement sur le bouton vert
du Wi-Fi et maintener-le jusqu’à l’indicateur de LED indique que le Wi-Fi est activé.
Le Wi-Fi peut être aussi activé par le menu des paramètres de la caméra.

Configurer votre tir, capturer, lire, éditer et diuser en direct sur votre appareil
mobile.
INSTALLER LE FIRMWARE
Télécharger le dernier firmware du site Web Drift et copier le fichier Ghost_X.bin à la
racine d’une carte micro SD formatée. Insérer la carte micro SD dans la caméra et
allumer-le.
L’écran de la caméra ache «Mise à jour du firmware» lorsque la mise à jour est

Ersteinstellung
1. Heben Sie den microSD-Kartenschlitz durch Anheben der Gummiabdeckung
ab.
2. Stecken Sie eine microSD / HC / XC-Karte auf der Klasse 10 oder höher
(maximal 128 GB) ein. Formatieren Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch!
3. Önen Sie den Mini-USB-Anschluss, indem Sie die Gummiabdeckung anheben
4. Schließen Sie über ein Mini-USB-Kabel an einen mit Strom versorgten USB-

Montage der Kamera
1. Befestigen Sie den Universalen Klipp in beliebiger 360 ° Richtung an der

Funktionsüberblick
AUTO-DVR
Dieser manuelle Modus ist ideal geeignet zu versichern und sichern. Die Kamera

WLAN + Firmware

INSTALLIERUNG DER FIRMWARE

VERBINDUNG MIT EINEM PC

Configuración Inicial
1. Destapar la ranura microSD levantando la tapa de goma.
2. Insertar una tajeta microSD/HC/XC clase 10 o superior (hasta 128GB).
¡Formatear antes de usar por primera vez!
3. Destapar el puerto mini USB levantando la tapa de goma.
4. Conectar la cámara a través de un cable mini USB a un puerto USB con
alimentación, y cargar la batería durante 2.5 horas antes de utilizarla por
primera vez.
5. Ajustar las tapas de goma de forma segura para cubrir tanto la ranura de la
microSD y el puerto mini USB. ¡Y ya está lista para usar!

Montaje de la Cámara
1. Fijar el Clip Universal a la cámara en la orientación 360° según se requiera
– primero colocar el clip en la orientación deseada, y a continuación
asegurarlo girando la base de rosca manualmente.
2. Enganchar el Clip Universal en el soporte elegido, y asegurarse de que está
correctamente colocado al escuchar el “clic”. *Comprobar de nuevo si se
ha fijado completamente presionando los enganches.
3. Alinear la toma. Rotar la lente a mano, empleando el marcador de la lente
como referencia, manteniéndola de forma perpendicular al suelo para
obtener una orientación correcta.

Resumen de las Características
MODO DVR PARA VEHÍCULOS
Este modo sin manos es ideal para propósitos de seguros y protección.
La cámara graba secuencias en bucles continuos (intervalos DVR), grabando bucle
tras bucle hasta que llena la Tarjeta MicroSD. Una vez llena, el bucle más antiguo se
borrará a medida que otros nuevos se guardan. El intervalo de bucles DVR puede
ser de 10s, 30s, 1min, 2min, 5min o 10min.
MARCADO DE VÍDEOS
Cuando se encuentra activada, esta característica permite que la cámara grabe
vídeos de forma continua, pero sólo los guarda cuando una secuencia importante
se “Marca”.
Mientras se estén grabando vídeos, el pulsar el botón se guardarán vídeos
pasados, presentes y futuros. Por ejemplo, con un intervalo seleccionado de
marcado de vídeo de 30s, la cámara grabará los 30s previos, los 30 segundos
presentes y unos 30s adicionales – un total de 1m 30s de grabación “marcada”.
La característica de Marcado de vídeo necesita una tarjeta microSD de clase 10
con 4GB de espacio libre para funcionar correctamente
MODO ENCENDIDO INSTANTÁNEO

Wi-Fi + Firmware
Para encender el Wi-Fi Ghost X, simplemente pulsar y mantener el botón . El
indicador LED Wi-Fi estará encendido, mostrando una luz [azul] cuando el Wi-Fi
está activado.
El Wi-Fi también se puede activar desde el menú de configuración de la cámara,
en donde también se puede encontrar una opción para encender la red Wi-Fi de
forma permanente.

Ajuste su tiro, captura, vea, edita y transmite en vivo con su dispositivo movil.
INSTALACIÓN DE FIRMWARE
Descargar el firmware más reciente del sitio web de Drift y copiar el archivo
Ghost_X.bin en la raíz de una tarjeta micro SD formateada. Insertar la tarjeta micro
SD en la cámara y encender.

Impostazione Iniziale
1. Aprire il coperchio dello slot per microSD sollevando il coperchio in gomma.
2. Inserire una scheda microSD/HC/XC di Classe 10 o superiore (fino a128GB)
Formattare prima dell’utilizzo!
3. Aprire la porta mini USB sollevando il coperchio in gomma
4. Connettere la telecamera attraverso un cavo mini USB a una porta
alimentata, e caricare la batteria per 2,5 ore prima del primo utilizzo.
5. Riposizionare i coperchi in gomma in modo sicuro per coprire sia lo slot
microSD sia la porta mini USB. Siamo pronti per procedere!

1. Tenere premuto il pulsante per accendere.
2. Si accenderà lo Schermo Posteriore, mostrando l’immagine di benvenuto.
3. La telecamera è ora pronta per registrare video o per scattare foto.
4. La modalità corrente della telecamera viene indicata con il colore del LED
di Stato e dallo Schermo Posteriore, insieme all’icona in alto a sinistra dello
Schermo Posteriore.

NAVIGARE IL MENU DI IMPOSTAZIONI
1. Una volta arrivati al menu di impostazioni, la striscia nera di selezione rimane
in cima, evidenziando l’icona di Menu di Impostazioni come la posizione di
partenza.
2. Premere il pulsante per navigare verso il basso, selezionando l’impostazione
successiva. Tenere premuto il pulsante per scorrere verso l’alto.
3. Premere il pulsante per cambiare le opzioni di quell’impostazione.
4. In ogni momento, premere il pulsante per cambiare modalità (ritornando
alla modalità Video).

Montare la Telecamera
1. Attaccare il Clip Universale sulla telecamera in qualsiasi direzione a 360°
secondo le necessità - prima posizionare il clip nella direzione desiderata, poi
fissarla ruotando la vite sulla base con la mano.
2. Far scivolare il Clip Universale nel supporto scelto, assicurando che scatti
in sede. *Fare un duplice controllo se è stato del tutto inserito tirando i clip
verso l’esterno.
3. Allineare lo scatto. Ruotare le lenti con la mano, utilizzando il marcatore di
lenti come un riferimento ‘superiore’, mantenendolo perpendicolare alla
terra per una corretta direzione.

Riepilogo sulle Funzioni
MODALITÀ VEICOLO DVR
Questa modalità a mani libere è ideale per scopi di assicurazione e sicurezza.
La telecamera registra filmati nello stile di ciclo continuo (Intervalli DVR), registrando
ciclo dopo ciclo finché la Scheda MicroSD è piena. Una volta piena, i cicli più vecchi
verranno cancellati mentre quelli nuovi vengono salvati. L’intervallo del ciclo DVR
può essere di 10s, 30s, 1min, 2min, 5min o 10min.
TAG VIDEO
Quando è attivata, questa funzione permette alla telecamera di registrare video in
modo continuo, ma salva solo quando viene ‘Taggato’ il filmato importante.
Durante la registrazione del video, premendo il pulsante
, si riuscirà a salvare i
video passati, presenti e futuri. Per esempio, con un intervallo di tag video di 30s
selezionato, la telecamera salverà i 30s precedenti, e un 30s addizionale - un totale
di 1m di filmato “taggato”.
La funzione di Tag Video richiede una Scheda microSD di classe 10 con uno
spazio libero di 4GB perché funzioni nel modo corretto.
MODALITÀ ACCENSIONE ISTANTANEA
Attivare la Modalità di Accensione Istantanea permette alla telecamera di accendersi

Wi-Fi + Firmware
Per accendere la Wi-Fi del GhoST X, tenere semplicemente premuto il pulsante
. Un indicatore LED verde di Wi-Fi mostrerà che Wi-Fi è stata attivata.
Wi-Fi può anche essere accesa attraverso il menu di impostazioni delle
videocamere.
SCARICARE L’APP DRIFT LIFE
Imposta le riprese, registrazioni, riproduzioni, modifiche e streaming in diretta sul
dispositivo mobile.
INSTALLARE IL FIRMWARE
Scaricare la versione più recente di firmware dal sito Drift e copiare il file Ghost_X.bin
sotto una scheda microSD formattata. Inserire la scheda microSD nella telecamera e
accendere.
Sullo schermo della telecamera comparirà ‘Aggiornamento Firmware in Corso’
mentre viene installato l’aggiornamento. Una volta completato, la telecamera si
spegnerà.

Connettere la Telecamera
CONNETTERE A UN PC
1. Connettere la telecamera usando il cavo USB (fornito); lo schermo della
telecamera mostrerà un’icona USB.
2. La cartella della telecamera dovrebbe aprirsi in automatico; se ciò non
accade, aprire attraverso il Computer.
3. La telecamera deve essere riconosciuta come un disco rimovibile; fare un
doppio click per aprire.
4. Aprire la cartella DCIM per accedere ai file.
CONNETTERE A UN MAC
1. Connettere la telecamera usando il cavo USB (fornito); lo schermo della
telecamera mostrerà un’icona USB.
2. La cartella della telecamera dovrebbe aprirsi in automatico; se ciò non

安装相机
镜头标记
1. 按照您的需要，将镜头夹按任意360度方向连到相机。首先，将镜头夹放在理
想的方向，然后用手转动螺钉脚进行固定。
2. 将镜头夹滑入您选择的支架，确保其固定到位。 *请推动镜头夹，以仔细检查
它已完全插入。
3. 调整镜头。用手转动镜头，使用镜头标记作为“上升”参考，将它与地面垂直，
以确保方向正确。

车载记录仪模式
这种不需要人工干预的模式十分方便安全的。
相机会按照记录仪间隔设置，持续的分文件录影，直到MicroSD卡录满。
一旦录满，旧视频文件将被删除，而最新的循环将被保存。记录仪间隔可为10
秒，30秒，1分钟，2分钟，5分钟或10分钟。
视频标记
一旦激活，此功能可让相机持续录影，但只有重要的镜头被“标记”时才会保存。
当进入该模式时，按 按钮，将保存之前和未来一段时间的视频。
例如，若选择30秒的视频标记间隔，相机将保存之前的30秒，以及未来的30秒，
即共计1分的“标记”镜头。
视频标记功能要求可用空间为4GB的 Class 10 micro SD卡，才可以正常运行。
即时模式
启用即时模式可开启相机。只需在关机的时候，轻按一下开机键 ，
即可立即开始拍摄。

只需按住
键即可打开Ghost X的 Wi-Fi，绿色的Wi-Fi 指示灯显示Wi-Fi可使用。也可使用相机设

下载Drift生活应用APP
在您的移动设备上设置您的拍摄、图像捕捉、回放、编辑和实时播放等功能。
安装固件
从Drift网站下载最新的固件，复制Ghost_X.bin文件到已格式化的SD卡根目录。在相机
上插入SD卡，打开电源。
固件安装时，相机屏幕会显示“固件更新中”。安装完成后，相机会关闭电源。

#1 Will Clone Mode affect my battery life?

Clone mode requires the cameras Wi-Fi network to be on continuously, so there is some effect on battery life – the Ghost X can achieve four hours of recording time with clone mode enabled.
