2 Clean the cover (without the motor unit!), the stirrer and the bowl in hot water with some

washing-up liquid. Clean the cooling disc in lukewarm water (max. 40

cC/100 cF) with some

washing-up liquid.

These parts are not dishwasher-proof!

3 Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth.

Never immerse the motor unit in water nor rinse it under the tap.

Tip: An extra cooling disc (HR2968) will enable you to prepare larger quantities or two different avours.

Allowthecoolingdisctodefrostforafew

hours until it has come loose from the

bottomandwallsofthebowl.Youcanspeed

waterintothebowl.
