#1 Does the cleaner has a telescope function for tall people (>1,90m)?

This device has a fixed large extension, is not a telescope such as the older vacuum cleaners.

#2 Why the vacuum always displays "e4" and stop working when the battery get lower into 90%, 40%, 30% ? is it a problem with the vacuum?

Is not a problem of the vacuum, check that the accessory installed is working properly and check that there is nothing in the accessory that avoids the free movement.

#3 Is it also for wet carbet cleaning?

No that it not possible. Unfortunately you cannot use the vacuum cleaner for a wet carpet. With the SpeedPro Maxc Aqua cleaner you can wipe wet and dry at the same time.
