PARK PACKAGE
Standard on the I-PACE, Park Package enables you to park and maneuver in and out
of tight spaces and into trac that is obscured by buildings or other vehicles**.
It features:
Park Assist makes parallel and perpendicular parking easier than ever by steering
your vehicle into a suitable space. You just have to select the appropriate gear
and control the vehicle speed with the brake and accelerator pedals. Graphics and
notifications guide you through the maneuvers. Park Assist is also designed to steer
you out of a space, helping reduce the stress of parking**.
360° Parking Aid gives you added confidence when maneuvering in tight spaces.
Sensors located around the car are automatically triggered when Reverse
is selected, or can be manually activated, with a graphic appearing on the
Touchscreen showing an overhead view of the vehicle. As you park,
the Touchscreen display and audio feedback indicate how close you are to obstacles**.
Rear Trac Monitor is particularly useful when reversing out of a parking space.
The system is designed to warn you of vehicles, pedestrians or other hazards
approaching from either side of your vehicle. It will alert you with both audio and
visual warnings so you know what's behind you even when the view is obstructed**.
Clear Exit Monitor alerts passengers leaving the vehicle from the rear doors
to any approaching cars, cyclists or other hazards. If an incoming obstacle is
detected, a warning light will flash on the door. The light will immediately go
o when it is clear to open the door.
DRIVE PACKAGE
Making every journey more relaxing. The Drive Package includes:
Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go is designed to keep your vehicle a set
distance from the one in front should it slow or stop when you're cruising on
the highway or travelling in slow-moving trac. Should the vehicle in front stop
completely, the system is designed to activate to help bring your vehicle to a
smooth halt. In stop/start trac, Adaptive Cruise Control will automatically resume
following the car in front. The system can be activated from 12 mph and once
activated will operate up to highway speeds**.
High-speed Emergency Braking is designed to detect when a potential frontal
collision with another vehicle may occur and to display a forward alert to warn the
driver to brake. If the driver doesn't react†, the car can provide braking assistance to
help reduce the severity of the possible impact**. High-speed Emergency Braking
is ready and active from 6 mph to 99 mph††.
Blind Spot Assist alerts you to vehicles in, or quickly approaching, your blind
spot. If your vehicle detects another car in your blind spot when you begin to
change lanes, a small warning light illuminates in the corresponding side mirror.
Corrective torque is also applied to the steering wheel, encouraging you to guide
your vehicle away from the approachingvehicle††.
