Hill
The Hill program simulates going up and down a hill. The resistance
in the pedals will steadily increase and then decrease during the
program.
Plateau
The Plateau program provides a steady state exercise with warm up
and cool down periods.
Interval
The Interval program takes you through high levels of intensity
followed by periods of low intensity. This program increases your
endurance by depleting your oxygen level followed by periods of
recovery to replenish oxygen. Your cardio vascular system gets
programmed to use oxygen more eciently this way.
