#1 Can this Cusinart 10 qt pressure cooker go into the dishwasher?

I only have experience hand washing my Cusinart. It cleans easily. It is well made.

#2 Is it good to use on convection ovens?

This pressure cooker is for stovetop use only - it should not be placed in the oven. It is suitable for all stovetops, including induction.

#3 Is the bottom aluminum and the rest stainless steel, . No thanks. I refuse to eat anything that has come in contact with aluminum.

There is a layer of aluminum inside the base, but it will never come in contact with your food. It is strictly used as a heating element. The interior and exterior are true stainless steel. This is typical of all stainless cookware as stainless steel is a poor heat conductor.
