We would like to confirm that you can use this system to grind meat; however it is not designed to chop or grind bones.

I had an Oster processor for almost 20 yrs and it did the same thing the whole time. I never got mold. It dried by itself no prob. No worries.

Does a fantastic job with shredding carrots, cabbage, onions and harder cheeses.
does ok with softer cheeses like mozzarella, but sometimes small chunks get stuck at the top and you have to take them off manually. Great for making salads of all types. With the slicing feature, the cucumbers are very thin so if you like them that way its great! All in all a really study well made food processor that can go through almost everything in a matter of seconds, due to the powerful motor.
