Press ON/OFF button for more
than 6 seconds to drop the ice.
Machine is noisy when
working.
Water is leaking from
the bottom.

Press the "Timer Clean" button
for more than 5 seconds to enter
the “Cleaning Program”
Press minus button before
making ice.
Remove the back panel to check if
the PUA pipe is in a right position.
Make sure the ambient temperature
is good and close the cap when
making ice.

#1 My new ice maker is leaking from bottom and water
pooling in ice tray causing ice to sit in water. how can i fix
this? i just got it

It’s normal just turn it on and let it run

#2 Does it beep at all? I don't want it beeping in the middle of the
night.

Does not beep, does have loud fan noises and the ice crashes
into the bucket when empty. You can set timer or turn off at
night.

#3 How often does it need to be drained? what idiot put the drain
in the back where it is the most difficult to get to?

I drain mine every time I use it. It is close to my kitchen sink so
I just turn it and drain into sink

#4 How long does it hold the ice?

The ice stays in ice format for quite a long time. We turn ours
off each evening around 11pm and in the morning there is
usually enough ice for a couple glasses.

#5 Where can I locate a copy of the manual? The ice maker did
not come with one.

I am having the same issue. By trial and error I have been able
to get it running.

#6 Is there a cleaning solution that can be used? I have build up in
the system I cannot get out.

So I am no expert, but I work in the refrigeration world, and
for my home unit I have use nickel safe ice machine
cleaner. You can find this for sale through amazon or from
your local restaurant supply store. Make sure it is safe on
stainless steal, also make sure you rinse the unit out
thoroughly and run several batches of ice to get rid of
before use again. So note this machine holds about a
gallon of water this is for the directions on the bottle.
