1. 应如何放置前置扬声器？
理想情况下，前置扬声器应与中央声道扬声器的位置形成小圆弧，并指向主座椅区域的
中心。

环绕式扬声器最好置于聆听位置的左右两侧 — 与其平行或在其正后方。
3. 应如何放置低音炮？
通常来说，在家庭影院房间的任何地方，低音炮均会收到良好效果。大多数人会将低音
炮放在房间的前面。在靠近墙壁的地方，低音炮通常会产生较多低音，而在靠近墙角的

确认所有扬声器通电后，检查扬声器背面的 LED 指示灯。LED 指示灯长亮，表示
扬声器正确配对。
LED 指示灯闪烁，表示扬声器未正确配对，建议使用位于扬声器背面的“重置”按
钮手动重置该扬声器。
使用尖细物体按下“重置”按钮，保持按住直至听见声音为止。
最后，扬声器重置完毕，使用 Enclave Audio 应用程序执行系统无线重置，此时，
扬声器应已联网。

噪声序列测试
还可使用 Enclave Audio 应用程序中的噪声序列测试功能单独测试每个扬声器的音
频。噪声序列发生器可用于确认 Enclave Audio 扬声器是否已成功放置和配对。系统
中的每个扬声器均将以旋转的方式单独产生静态白噪声。
噪声序列采用以下旋转方式：
左前、右前、左环绕、右环绕、中央、低音炮。
备注：噪声序列成功，表示 Enclave 系统运行正常。如声源未产生音频，请检查是否
已将声源设置为通过所选连接类型正确输出音频。另外，检查以确保自已在 Enclave
应用程序的正确声源上作出输入设置。例如，客户通过蓝牙收听音乐后，忘记将声源切
换回电视音频输入。
2. 正在播放的 DVD 或蓝光光盘有环绕声，但只能听到左前和右前扬声器的音频。
确保电视设置正确，并且可从 HDMI 或数字端口发送环绕信息。对于使用 HDMI
ARC 或光纤传输的系统，在使用播放机和/或在电视的“比特流”模式时，将实现
最佳性能。如在使用 ARC 或光纤传输时将源输出设置为 PCM，则由于 ARC 和
光纤传输的限制，仅能听到立体声音频。然而，如果电视支持 eARC，则可借助
CineHub 产生多通道 PCM 音频，该音频完整无压缩。有关详细说明，请参阅电视
制造商手册。
3. 当应用程序显示一个扬声器缺失时，这意味着其未连接至 Enclave Audio
CineHub。检查下列事项：
所有扬声器都已连接至相应的电源线，且尖端已安全插入后扬声器电源端口。务必
检查另一端是否牢固连接至主电源（墙壁、电源板等）。

4. 只能听到左前扬声器和右前扬声器的音频。
有时，只能听到左前扬声器和右前扬声器的音频。可能情形如下：
源输入仅传输立体声音频信号，且菜单禁用 Dolby Pro Logic II。Enclave 的默
认设置将使用 Dolby Pro Logic II 将立体声音频上混至 5.1 声道。可在应用程序菜
单中禁用此功能。
Dolby Pro Logic II 不同于 Dolby Digital。如果 Dolby Pro Logic II (DPL II) 已显
示在应用程序中，则表示 Enclave 在接收立体声信号并将其上混至 5.1 声道。
内容仅为立体声，而非 5.1 混音，但令人困惑的是，其以 Dolby Digital 格式发
送。这意味着，尽管内容并非以 5.1 混音形式呈现，但其采用 Dolby Digital 编
码。Dolby Pro Logic II 不会将此类音频格式上混为 5.1 声道。
内容源（即电缆盒、碟等）仅输出立体声，未设置为比特流。检查内容源的音频设
置，以确保可通过电视向 Enclave CineHub 发送比特流信号。
8. 重要安全信息
连接 Enclave CineHub 及关联 Enclave CineHome 扬声器时，请阅读并遵守所有
说明、警告和注意事项。
请妥善保管此说明供以后参考。
安装时远离散热器，比如，散热器、电热器、火炉或其他散热装置。
保护所有电源线免遭踩踏，过度拉扯或挤压，特别是插头处和电源线与电
源、Enclave Audio CineHub 及关联 Enclave CineHome 扬声器的接口处。
仅使用 Enclave Audio 指定的附件或配件。

请找合格的维修人员完成所有维修作业。当 Enclave Audio CineHub 或关联
Enclave Audio CineHome 扬声器以任何方式受损时，比如，电源线或插头受损、

9. 保修
仅适用于从 Enclave Audio 授权经销商购买的 Enclave Audio 产品。Enclave Audio
为其扬声器箱和驱动器提供可转让的两 (2) 年有限保修；为其低音炮和电动扬声器的
电子元件提供可转让的一 (1) 年有限保修；以及为其电缆提供不可转让的终生有限保
修。Enclave 不提供或认可任何其他保证，无论是默示保证还是其他保证。本保修仅
适用于材料和工艺缺陷，但以下特殊情况除外：
因篡改产品外壳而造成的损坏
第三方部件、组件或附件的损坏
