#1 is the charger multi-volt?

No it's not, this machine is intended for 120v only.

#2 Can you put your own cleaning solution in it? Or does it have to be product specific solution?

We recommend only using BISSELL formula in the cleaner. Other formulas or chemicals can damage the spray.

#3 How do you keep it from showing circular marks on the floor? It leaves a film on my Pergo floors.

I’d suggest a water only cleaning with clean mop pads. Be sure not to use too much formula and replace mop pads as needed!

#4 Is the solution pet friendly? I have cats.

yes, all of our cleaning formulas are made to be safe for use around pets and kids.

#5 Has anyone tried the cordless version? How good is it and how long does it work before you have to recharge?

The cordless SpinWave has a 20 minute run-time and takes four hours to fully charge.
