#2 Is it easy in use? i found uv-5ra is the cheapest, but is it good?
It is easy to use and good for the intended purpose. A good starter ham but likely not a long term solution (not for me, anyhow) Programming is easy using the number pad or using the computer. Battery life is good. It works as would be expected for a low power HT, good for line of sight or near-line of sight communications. I have been able to hit a 500’ 2-meter repeater about 4 miles from my house in a suburban area but I can’t communicate simplex with a friend less than a mile away. Works well simplex at closer ranges. Only problem I have had is with SMA antenna mount and trying to connect to a dipole antenna; the rubber duck that came with it works fine but I can’t get any adapters to make contact.
