360 Smart S6 Questions and Answers

#1 What is the estimated cleaning life of the battery on standard mode?

I originally got two hours of cleaning. After half a dozen or so uses it went down to 90 minutes. That's pretty much how long it is still cleaning.

#2 How much private information does it need to operate?

This was a gift. I have no idea but can’t see why any private info would be needed to operate.

#3 Can you use the mop pad without water to dust hard floors?

I just use the vacuum to do the hardwood floors and it picks up a surprising amount of dust (amongst dog hair and everything else) everyday. The mop attachment is an absolute joke and not worth the effort, nonetheless, this vac has performed great so far for the 6 months we have had it and I can hardly imagine life without it now!

#4 Do we have to remove the mop attachment when it vacuums? Or can it just be on there, have it vacuum first and then mop?

The vacuum vacuums first and then mop. if you just want to sweep th floor, you can remove mop.

#5 What area can it mop without refilling the water tank?

Usually about 2 rooms on my laminate tile mix of floor then have to refill.

#6 How do I turn the voice off?

You cannot turn it off, however a work around is to set your “do not disturb” for the entire day or during the time of your scheduled cleanings. Be sure to select “reserve” when asked about the conflict with your schedule. When the robot is in “Do not disturb” it will not use a voice and will not start unfinished cleaning automatically. I just tested this on ours before posting this.

#7 I have multiple floors in my house. Where can I purchase an extra base to I can recharge unit on both floors?

They do not sell extra charging stations, unfortunately.

#8 Can I leave my throw rugs with edge tassels in place?

I have all my rugs on the floor and it sometimes flips the corner over but it manages to go over the rugs.

#9 Will it detect carpets when mopping to avoid it?

No, it can not detect carpet when mopping, but we can set off limit of carpet
