A new detergent car-
tridge has been in-
serted, but the cartridge
is identified as empty
when the machine is
switched on.
The washing machine was switched off when the
detergent cartridge was replaced.
Switch on the washing machine.
Remove the detergent cartridge and then reinsert
it into the compartment.
The counter is set to 0.
There are dark specks
in the liquid detergent.
Bacteria has developed in the detergent.
Pour the liquid detergent out of the container and
then clean the container thoroughly.
No detergent and/or
fabric softener was dis-
pensed during the wash
program.
TwinDos was not activated.
Touch the TwinDossensor button before running
the next program.
TwinDos is activated.
No detergent and/or fabric softener was dispensed
when TwinDos was selected.
Try again.
If detergent is still not dispensed, contact
Customer Service.
