Charging
Pairing
The headphones is partially charged at the factory. Please make sure that you fully
charge it before using it for the first time.
1. Connect the original USB cable with any USB port available, such as a computer or
a laptop.
2. Charging starts automatically with LED indicator turning red.
3. The headphones is fully charged when LED indicator turns blue.
Note:
1.Charge the headphones at least once every 3 months when not using for a long
time.
2.When charging with a USB adapter, the charging current should not be greater
than 1A.
3. The LED indicator will flash red when the battery is low, and you will hear a voice
prompt“battery low”. After that, it will remind you the low battery every 2 minutes
and it will power off automatically after it reminds you 4 times. Please recharge the
headset.

To pair the headphones with your device, you must first bring it into pairing mode.
1.Please turn off other Bluetooth devices nearby, and make sure the headphones
and your Bluetooth device are close enough (within 3 feet).
2.Press and hold the multifunctional button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED
indicator flashes blue with a voice prompt “pairing” (you will hear the voice prompt
“power on” first, just keep holding the multifunctional button). Now the
headphones is in pairing mode.
3.Activate the Bluetooth function on your device and search for the nearby Bluetooth
connection，“Q35+” should be listed in the search result. Select the name to
connect. Once connected, only the blue LED will flash slowly, and you will hear a
voice prompt “connected”.
Note:
1.If you want to pair the headphones with another device, you need to first turn off
your headphones, and then press and hold the multifunctional button for 5
seconds. Then you can pair with your device by following the “Pairing”
instructions.
2.The Q35+ headphones will stay in pairing mode for 3 minutes at most if no pairing
device is found. Afterwards, it will power off automatically.
3.If you want to disconnect the Q35+ headphone with your device, just simply press
and hold the volume+ and volume- buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Then it
will disconnect with your device and go into pairing mode.
Trouble Shooting
Q: The headphones is on, but it is not connecting to my device?
A: In order for both devices to connect, you need to bring both devices to pairing
mode. Simply turn on the headphones is not going to make them connect.
Please follow the instruction in the “Pairing” section.
Q: I have established connection with my smart phone, but I am not hearing
any sound?
A: Please make sure that you turn up the volume of both devices. Some smart
phones require you to set up the Bluetooth headphones as an audio output
device before sound is transmitted. Please see the instruction of your smart
phone for details. If you are using a music player or other Bluetooth device,
please make sure it supports A2DP stereo music profile.
Q: The sound is not very clear / the caller cannot hear my voice clearly?
A: Please adjust the volume on your phone and headphones. Make sure there is no
source of interference nearby. Stay close to your smart phone.
Q: Can I use the headphones while it is charging?
A: No, you cannot use the headphones while it is charging.
Q: Why the connection is not stable and cuts out intermittently?
A: Please make sure there are no objects between the headphones and your
Bluetooth device. Please make sure there is no radio or WIFI interference nearby.
Q: What is the range of Wireless headphones?
A: Bluetooth headphones has maximum range of 33 feet (10m). However, the
actual range will depend on usage and environment. Connection is usually
good within 15-25 feet with no major obstacles between devices.
Q: My headphones will not switch on.
A: Please recharge it and make sure it has enough battery power. If it is fully
charged and still nothing happens or if you are not able to charge the unit,
please contact our customer support for warranty cover.

1.イヤホンを充電する
本製品は出荷前に充電しておりますがご利用になる前に必ずフル充電した上でご利用ください。
1.本機のUSB充電ポートと、USB充電アダプターおよびコンピューターのUSBポートを付属のUSBケー
ブルで接続します。
2.充電は自動的に開始されます、その際にLEDランプは赤色に点灯します。
3.充電が完全に終わりますと、LEDランプは青色に点灯します。
2 ．ペ ア リ ン グ の 手 順
1.ペアリングを行う前に近くにある接続しない機器のBluetooth機能をオフにしてください。また本製
品と相手側機器は1メートル以内に近づけてください。
2.マルチボタンをLEDランプが青色で点滅するまで、3秒間ぐらい押し続けてください。その際、イヤ
ホンから「パワーオン」と音声ガイダンスが流れます。
3.接続したい機器のBluetooth機能を有効にし、本機の検索を行ってください。
4.相手機器に表示された端末リストから「SoundpeatsQ35 +」を選択し、接続が完了したら、ヘッドセ
ットから「yourheadset is connected」という音声ガイダンスが流れ、LEDアンプが青色で点滅しま
す。

Q:本機の電源が入りません。
A:バッテリーの残量があるかご確認ください。充電をした上で電源が入らない場合、保証期間内であ
れば弊社カスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。
Q:本機とデバイスを接続できません。
A:以下のいずれかの方法をお試しください。
1)接続先機器のBluetooth機能がオンになっているか確認ください。ペアリングモードが終わっている
場合は再度ペアリングの手順をお試しください。
2)接続先機器が本製品のプロファイルに対応しているかご確認ください。
3)対応方法が不明の場合はリセット手順をお試しください。
4)接続先機器から本機のBluetooth登録情報を削除または解除。再度ペアリング（初期登録）からお試
しください。
5)または接続できない場合には、弊社のカスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。
Q：スマートフォンとの接続は出来ているが音声が流れない。
A：本機の音量が小さすぎないかご確認ください。いくつかのスマートフォンでは、音声の出力を
Bluetoothイヤホン側に指定する手順が必要な場合があります。スマートフォンの取り扱い説明書を
ご覧ください。また、音楽プレーヤーやその他のBluetooth機器と接続している場合、ステレオプロフ
ァイル「A2DP」に機器が対応しているかご確認ください。
Q:音楽や通話がクリアに聞こえない/通話相手に自分の声がはっきり届かない
A:一部のスマートフォンではイヤホンのマイク入力を有効にする必要がございます。マイク入力が無
効になっていると音声通話ができません。
またマイクの向きを口元近くになるようにイヤホンを装着ください。また通信状況を安定させるた
めに本機と接続先機器は出来るだけ近づけてご利用ください。
Q：接続が安定せず途中で途切れることがあります。
A：本機と接続先機器の間に干渉源や障害物がないかご確認ください。無線電波やWi-Fiが通信に干渉
を及ぼすケースもございます。

1.他の機器とペアリンクする時、まず接続中の機器端のBluetoothをオフしてから、イヤホンをほかの機
器と接続してください。
2.接続を切断したい場合、音量「＋」/「−」ボタンを同時に3秒間ぐらい押し続けてください。
3.本機と接続が行われない場合は、3分が経過すると自動にパワーオフになります。
注意事項
1.バッテリー性能を維持するために、ご利用にならない時でも、3ヶ月に1回は充電を行ってください。
2.充電する時、1Aを超える電流を取り込まないでください。
3.バッテリーの残量が少ない場合、音声ガイダンスで「batterylow」お知らせが行われますが、音声ガイ
ダンスが2分あたり1回を提示します。4回後、「poweroff」お知らせが行われますので電源が切れます。

使用说明

耳机在出厂前已进行部分充电，所以是可以开机使用的，但在首次使用时请确保手机充满电，
耳机在出厂已进行部分充电，所以是可以开机正常使用的。但在首次使用前，请确保它们已充
满电，充电时，可以连接USB充电适配器的充电端口与任何或计算机USB端口，充满电时，LED
指示灯从红色常亮变为蓝色常亮。
注意：
1.如果需要将Q35+耳机配对一个新的手机，耳机关机模式下，长按多功能键5S，耳机进入配对
模式，接下来按照配对部分的步骤3操作即可。
2.与设备连接成功时，您想解除Q35+耳机与设备的连接，此时只需同时按下音量+, 音量- 按钮
3秒，它就会失去与该设备的连接，且耳机同步进入配对模式。
3.Q35+无线耳机在配对模式下，3分钟时间内未有设备与之连接，耳机自动关机。
注意：
1. 长时间不使用时，每3个月至少充电一次耳机。
2. 充电时电流不超过1A。
3. 当耳机低电量时，耳机会有“ battery low”提示音，此提示音每2分钟提示1次，提示4次后
耳机关机，关机时系统有power off提示音，此时请为耳机充电。

“SoundPEATS Q35 +”，一旦连接成功，LED将会显示蓝色，你会听到一个声音提示
“Your headset is connected”。
问：我的耳机无法打开
答：为确保耳机有足够的电量请在使用前给耳机进行充电，如果耳机无法进行充电或充满后依
旧无法开机，请联系我们的售后客服进行保修
问：耳机电源已经打开，但无法连接到设备？
答：将耳机连接到您的设备时，请检查该设备的蓝牙是否处于开启状态，然后选择蓝牙列表上
的耳机名称来配对，如果耳机仍然无法连接到您的设备，请尝试通过重置部分重置它，或者联

问：我已经将手机和耳机连接，但是我听不到任何声音？
答：请确认你是否将手机和耳机的声音都调高至可听范围，有的手机需要你手动设置耳机为声
音输出设备才可以传输声音，请参考手机的说明书来确认相关细节，如果你使用音乐播放器或
者其他蓝牙设备连接耳机，请确认你的设备是否支持A2DP蓝牙立体声协议
问：声音不太清晰，通话时对方无法听到或无法听清楚我的声音？
答：请调整手机和耳机的音量至合适范围，确保附近没有干扰源靠近你的智能手机
问：为什么连接不稳定，断断续续？
