7 Care and maintenance
7.1 Cleaning the interior
Using the correct dosage of detergent will automatically clean the interior of
the appliance. We recommend cleaning the appliance twice a year with dish-
washer cleaner.
Follow the directions for use for dishwasher cleaner carefully. Most
dishwasher cleaners work more effectively at higher temperatures. We
therefore recommend using the programme.
7.2 Cleaning the exterior
▸ Do not use abrasive or caustic cleaning agents.
▸ Do not use scouring pads, wire wool, etc. - damage to the surface.
▸ Remove any soiling or excess cleaning solution immediately.
▪ Detergent: washing-up liquid, glass cleaner
▸ Clean the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth only – for metal surfaces rub in
the direction of the polish lines. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
▸ Clean the operating panel with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.

▸ From time to time, clean the seal and edges of the appliance door with a
soft, damp cloth.
