Replacing the filter
Replace the filter when REPLACE WATER SOFTENER FILTER, PRESS OK
TO START appears on the display: to replace immediately, press and follow
the instructions from point four.
To replace the filter later, press BACK. The symbol appears on the display
to remind you that the filter needs replacing.

Remove the tank and exhausted filter.

Remove the new filter from the packaging.

REPLACE FILTER appears on the display.

Follow the actions described in the previous section from point five.
The filter is now active and you can use the coffee maker.
Note: after two months (see date indicator) or when the appliance has not been
used for three weeks, you should replace the filter even if the ‘replace filter’
message has not yet been displayed.
Removing the filter
If you want to use the appliance without the filter, you must remove it and alter
the settings in the appliance.
