User Tips/ Trouble Shooting
1. User Reminding:
1) Please use tap water instead of pure/distilled water.
2) It’s better to use power bank, desktop computer or laptop instead of adapter to power it.
2, Why it stop working? Stop spraying/ no mist out after using a while?
1) Please help to check whether the LED light can turn on, if not, please help to change a usb
cable to have a try.
2) If the LED light can turn on, please do as following suggestion:
A: Spray mouth blocked with dirty. Please clean the spray mouth regularly. Take out the wet
cotton filter, then insert it into the spray mouth and rotate the filter lightly to clean the spray

B: Filter cotton is too dirty, please change the replacement filter.
3, Why it can’t spray at the begging?
1) Please make sure that the cotton filter absorb water enough: fill with enough water and wait
around 10 minutes. Or take the cotton filter out to soak completely in water.
2) Please check the spring on in the tube bottom located well.
3) Please check the USB cable is ok or not, you can long press the button to check whether the
LED light can turn on.
