To recover an affected unit from this issue, it is necessary
to execute the pairing procedure to ensure that both
earbuds are linked together correctly.
How to execute pairing correctly:
1. Open the charging case.
2. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
3. Press and hold the function button on the backside of
the charging case for a few seconds.
4. The blue LED indicator will light up continuously
5. Wait until the blue LED indicator is off - this indicates
that the pairing procedure has been successfully
completed
6. If this still doesn’t work, double-click the function button
on the back of the charging case to trigger the factory
reset. This will be indicated by all three LED indicators
being lit up

1. Enter the pairing mode of your Bluetooth headphones
2. From your Apple Watch: click on Settings > Bluetooth
3. Choose your Philips headphones from the available devices
4. Enjoy!
