Pizza dough:
Ingredients (for 2 pizza bases): 525g flour, 3g salt, 5g yeast, 3g sugar, 375g lukewarm water
(43°C), 8g lard (or butter).
Put all the ingredients in the bowl. Mix for 7 mins with the kneading attachment, in V6 at Vmax.
Leave to rest for 1h then chill until needed.
Max. quantity: 4 times the recipe.
Put all liquid ingredients in the bowl first and then add the dry ingredients. Always stay close
to the kitchen machine during use. Always add ingredients as close to the sides of the bowl as
possible and not direct onto the rotating tool.
Mixtures that contain a large amount of liquid should be processed at low speed to avoid
splashing. Do not increase the speed until the mixture has thickened.
Switch off the kitchen machine regularly to scrape down ingredients from the sides using a
plastic spatula.
If by accident something gets stuck in the tool or the motor stops. Switch off the appliance and
unplug. Solve the problem or reduce the quantity of ingredients in the bowl. Let the motor cool
for 5 minutes before you switch on the kitchen machine again.
Use the whisk for whipping egg whites, cream, mayonnaise or similar light mixtures. Do not use
the whisk for whipping heavy mixtures such as cake mixture or mashed potatoes. Always keep an
eye on the result when you whip or mix foods as the desired result can be reached very quickly.
