your heart rate. As your fitness level improves, your power output will increase at a given heart rate.
YoucanstarttheFitnessTestfromtheFITNESSTESToptionintheProgramMenu.TheFitnessTestprogramfirstprompts
youtoselectyourfitnesslevel—BeginnerorAdvanced.TheprogramwillusetheAgeandWeightvaluesinyourUserprofile
tocalculateyourFitnessScore.IfyouareaGuestUser,theprogramwillusethedefaultvaluesforyourworkout.
StarttopedalandholdtheHeartRateSensors.Whentheteststarts,thepower(Watts)slowlyincreases.Thismeansyou
willworkharder,andasaresult,yourheartrateincreases.TheWattscontinuestoincreaseautomaticallyuntilyourheartrate
