[Auto HDR]: Shoots 3 images with different exposures, and then overlays
the correctly exposed image, the bright areas of an under exposed image
and the dark areas of an over exposed image to create an image with rich
gradation.
This camera is equipped with an optical variable low pass filter. By
changing the low pass filter effect settings according to your subject, you
can choose whether to prioritize the resolution or to reduce moiré patterns
and false colors.

the desired setting.
Notes
Depending on the camera settings and subject, you may not be able to get the result
you want.
While the camera is changing the setting, is displayed on the monitor. You can
shoot images while the is displayed, but the [LPF Effect] settings may not be
executed properly. For images shot while the is displayed, is displayed on
the playback screen.
[LPF Effect] is locked to [Off] and cannot be changed when the shooting mode is set
to one of the following modes:
[Intelligent Auto]
[Superior Auto]
[Scene Selection]
[Sweep Panorama]
[Movie]
LPF Effect
(Off) The low pass filter effect is not used. The resolution is prioritized.
(Standard) Balances the resolution with the reduction of moiré patterns and
false colors.
(High) Prioritizes the reduction of moiré patterns and false colors.
