#1 How much weight can the pull down accommodate?

Bout as much as u want on pulldowns, but if u wanna do rows you better secure it to the floor cuz it will slide.

#2 Can you do tricep pull downs?

The unit has an over head lat bar that can be used for the exercise.

#3 How many different adjustment positions does this bench have? Will it sit upright in a 90 degree angle? Can you choose a 45 degree angle?

This bench can be adjusted to incline, decline and lay flat.

#4 Can you purchase a dip bar for this?

This Marcy Gage System does not have a option for a dip bar.
