#2 Does it grill chicken too?

yes you can grill chicken to this unit

#3 Hi, may you use the left grill to make waffles?

yes you can make waffles using the left grill.

#4 Does both sides heat separately?

unfortunately no. All sides will heat once you turn on the unit.

#5 Do they make a carrying case for this product or does anybody know of a case it would fit in?

unfortunately, we don't have a carrying case for this unit. The Dimensions (L x W x H): 20.3 '' x 12.5 '' x 5.3 '' -inches.
