MILK FROTHING/CAPPUCCINO BREWING
Warning:
Danger of scalding! Dispensing may be preceded by small jets of hot
water. The Automatic Milk Frother may reach high temperatures.
Never touch it with bare hands. Use the appropriate protective handle
only.
Note:
Use cold (~5°C / 41°F) milk with a protein content of at least 3% to ensure
optimum results when preparing a cappuccino. You can use whole milk or
low-fat milk depending on your personal taste.
Note:
When you plan to froth milk right after switching on the machine or after
brewing a co ee, some water still present in the circuit may need to be
dispensed  rst.
For this press the
button and then the button to dispense
steam for a few seconds. Thereafter press the
button to stop. Proceed
with step 1.

Insert the suction tube in the milk container.
Caution:
Make sure that the suction tube outer surface is clean for hygienic
reasons.

Insert the suction tube in the Automatic Milk Frother.

Insert the Automatic Milk Frother until it locks in place in the steam
wand seat.
