1. Combine pancake mix, water or milk, and oil in a small bowl. Whisk together
thoroughly to incorporate. Allow batter to rest for 5 mintues.
2. Pour half of mixture into the Rice Cooker and cook for two cycles.
3. Once nished, invert pancake onto plate to remove the repeat process for
second pancake.
4. Top with maple syrup and fresh berries and dig into this fabulously uffy
morning treat!
