¾ cup jasmine rice
½ cup coconut cream
1 cup water
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Ingredients:
Thai coconut
rice
1. Coat the inside of the Rice Cooker with coconut oil and add rice,
water, and coconut milk.
2. Cover and turn the Rice Cooker on.
3. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
4. Serve as a side with any lunch or dinner and go nuts!
