#1 Is the battery in the Bosch BCH86HYGGB Serie 6 Athlet ProHygiene replaceable by the user? The battery on our previous Athlet has failed after about 3 years and is not replaceable so the entire unit has to be thrown away.

This is an accumulator battery and will require an engineer to correctly replace.

#2 Vacuum cleaner tube clogged? what you can do.

If your vacuum cleaner is clogged, first check to see if something is jammed in the suction tube. Detach the tube and look through it. Still can’t? Pushing a broom handle through the hose can often help. In this way, you can usually clear the clogged vacuum cleaner tube.
