Using the wireless battery pack
10
•
You may need to purchase a charger separately depending on the wireless battery
pack you bought.
•
Charging time may vary depending on the charging conditions.
•
Depending on the location of the mobile device or watchs wireless charging coil,
your mobile device or watch may not charge properly.
•
To begin fast charging, connect a mobile device or watch that supports fast
charging to the wireless battery pack.
•
You can charge via a cable and wirelessly while the charger is connected to the
wireless battery pack. However, when the mobile device or watch is fully charged
after charging with a cable, the wireless charging feature will become available.
•
If the wireless battery pack has low battery, wireless charging may stop.
•
If the wireless battery pack, mobile device, or watch is not charging, press and hold
the wireless battery packs button for more than 7 seconds to restart it.
•
Wireless charging may not work properly if you have attached a thick case to your
mobile device. If your case is thick, remove it before placing your mobile device on
the wireless battery pack.
•
If you connect a charger to the mobile device or watch during wireless charging,
the wireless charging feature will be unavailable.
•
If you use the wireless battery pack in areas with weak network signals, you may
lose network reception.
•
If you make or answer calls during wireless charging, the call quality may decrease
or wireless charging may stop. Use after removing your mobile device or watch
from the wireless battery pack.
•
The wireless battery pack is an auxiliary external battery. It may not fully charge
some mobile devices or watches.
•
If the wireless battery pack is exposed to extremely hot or cold temperatures or an
error occurs, the indicator light will flash. Disconnect the mobile device or watch
from the wireless battery pack, and then reconnect them.
•
To save energy, unplug the charger when not in use. The charger does not have a
power switch, so you must unplug the charger from the electric socket when not in
use to avoid wasting power. The charger should remain close to the electric socket
and easily accessible while charging.
