The door is locked.
è lights up
(in pause mode)
■ The water level is too high. It is not possible to add laundry.
■ The drum is still turning. It is not possible to add laundry.
Note: If the door lock symbol is off in pause mode, the door is unlocked. It is possi-
ble to add laundry
è flashes ■ Laundry may be caught. Open and close the door again and press the A but-
ton.
■ If necessary, push the door closed or remove some laundry and then push it
closed again.
■ If necessary, switch the appliance off and on again; set the program and make
your individual settings; start the program.
r flashes ■ No water inlet, turn on the water tap fully
– Supply hose kinked/trapped,
– Clean the filter in the water supply.
– If an additional water filter has been installed (depending on model), check
for contaminants and clean if required ~ separate installation and clean-
ing instruction for water filter.
r lights up ■ The water pressure is too low.
