#1 Does hdmi 2.1 to display port dongle allow for 120hz?

You would have to check with the dongle manufacturer
however it should work. A DP cable will work better.

#2 Can this monitor support 120hz through hdmi when the
xbox series x is released?

You should be able to pull off 120hz at 1080p on HDMI 2.0,
but I'm not sure if you can change from the native resolution on
the Xbox.

#3 I've gone into my settings but i can't get my monitor to go
to 144hz im stuck at 60? or 59?

If your checking your computer setting make sure your
plugged with the display port cable, if you use a display
port to hdmi adapter, some of them cannot go higher than
60hz. If your using a hdmi cable the max refresh rate is 120
hz, make sure to adjust your resolutions and refresh rate in
your graphic card settings (like nvidia control panel) and
not Windows resolution settings.

#4 When sitting 2 ft away from the monitor do the edges of
the screen wash out and the text look pixilated?

#5 Can this monitor be mounted on a duel monitor mount -
does it have the 4 screw holes for mounting?

Just took it off the stand to check. It has 4 screws on the back
in a square. Don't see any other purpose that for an
aftermarket mount

#6 Why are reviwers calling this monitor a va one when it was
tn listed in its features?

Because there’s a real problem with reviews for different
products being thrown into one pile. You need to carefully
read the info above each review to see what product they
are referring to.

#7 It mentions radeon freesync. Does my intel cpu or nvidia
gpu interfere with the purchase at all.

My PC has an Intel CPU and Nvidia GPU and I haven't had any
issues.

#8 Does the monitor hdmi connection support hdmi 2.1 cable
speeds of 48 gbps?

I am using display port connection.
