Tub Clean reminder

  • The indicator reminds you of cleaning the tub when necessary. If you happen to see the indicator blinking after washing is complete, remove the laundry and run the TUB CLEAN cycle.
  • You can ignore this reminder and continue to run cycles normally because this is not a system failure. However, the reminder remains active for 6 consecutive cycles immediately after each cycle is complete.
  •  The reminder is activated once every 1-3 months, depending on the cycle count.
  • To keep the tub clean, it is recommended to run Tub Clean on a regular basis.

Built-in sink

  1. Open the door, and use a cloth or sponge to clean the Built-in sink.
  2. Press Water Jet to supply water to the board. Use this water to rinse the board.

Troubleshooting

Does not turn on.

  • Make sure you use rated power for the product.
  • Make sure the power cord is completely plugged in.
  • Check the fuse or reset the circuit breaker

After a cycle, detergent remains in the automatic dispenser.

  • Make sure the washing machine is running with sufficient water pressure.
  • Make sure the detergent drawer is properly inserted.
  • Remove and clean the detergent drawer, and then try again.

The Tub Clean alarm does not turn off.

  •  When the machine is diagnosed to be cleaned, the indicator blinks for an hour. This recurs 6 consecutive times until you run the TUB CLEAN cycle. This is normal, and not a system failure. To keep the tub clean, it is recommended to run the cycle once every 1-3 months.

Samsung WA85R6350BW/SA Questions and Answers

#1 Why is the door latch loose on my washing machine?
Don't worry if the door latch on your washing machine
seems loose, this is normal. The door latch is designed
to move so that the locking mechanism in the washer
can grab onto the latch. If the latch were rigid, the lock
mechanism would not be able to grab the latch properly,
causing check code dC/DC.
Don't book a repair or service for a loose latch unless
you are experiencing another issue or check code.

#2 How to resolve a 5E or 5C error code on a washing
machine
A 5E or 5C error code indicates that the washing
machine has detected a drainage issue. The most
common reason for this error is a blocked filter or a
kinked drain hose. You should also check that the drain
hose has been installed properly and clean the hose
thoroughly to remove any blockages that may be
preventing your washing machine from draining
properly.

#3 How to Run an Eco Drum Clean cycle?
Eco Drum Clean is an eco-friendly cleaning cycle
designed to remove detergent residue and build up. The
Eco Drum Clean cycle should be run every 40 washes or
sooner if your washing machine indicates that it is
required. Follow the steps below to start an Eco Drum
Clean cycle.
1.Press the Power button to switch your washing
machine on.
2.Turn the cycle selector round to select "Eco Drum
Clean".
3.Press the Start/Pause button to start the cycle.
