Samsung LS49AG950NUXXU Questions and Answers

#1 What does DVI mean?

DVI stands for "digital visual interface". DVI cables are most
commonly used to transmit video data from older PCs to
older  monitors (HDMI cables are a more advanced
replacement that  transmit audio data as well as video, unlike
DVI cables).

#2 How do I book my PC, Office or Storage product for repair?

You have different options for the repair of your Samsung
PC, Office  or Storage product. Some products will need to
be returned to your  place of purchase, while others may
be eligible for a home or pick-up  repair service. Check
below to determine the most appropriate repair  option for
your product.

#3 How do I safely clean my Samsung computer screen?

Below you will find some practical tips on cleaning your PC
screen  and eliminating any bacteria that may have
deposited there.
Please note:
To avoid the risk of electric shock make sure your hands
are dry before unplugging your monitor from, or plugging your
monitor in,  to an electrical outlet.
When you clean your monitor do not press down on the
screen.
Pressing down on the screen can scratch or otherwise
damage  your display.
Only use cleansers made specifically for cleaning
monitors and  monitor screens. Cleansers not made to
clean monitors and  monitor screens can scratch the
display and strip off the finish.
Do not spray any kind of liquid directly on to the screen or
case of  your monitor.
Do not use paper towels or abrasive pads to clean your
monitor.
Using an abrasive pad or any wood-based paper product
such as  paper towels can scratch your screen.
