#1 What should I do if the humidifier stops working and the water shortage indicator light is flashing?

If the water level is too low, the alarm will sound three times and the water shortage indicator light will flash for 10 seconds before the humidifier turns off (Page 5).

#2 How can I clean the ultrasonic mist part if it has scale buildup?

Pour in a dissolved scale remover, citric acid, or white vinegar, then wipe the body with a cotton swab or brush and rinse with clean water (Page 6).
