Optiflame is the original Dimplex electric
flame eect that revolutionised the market
when first launched in 1988. Endlessly
refined over the years it remains the UK’s
most popular electric flame eect, as it’s
our most cost-eective flame technology.
Most Optiflame fires come with a 2kW
thermostatically controlled heater just in
case you need a quick burst of heat, yet
the flame eect also works independently
of the heater,

so you can still enjoy that
cosy feeling on milder days.
Optiflame is available in a wide selection of fires across
freestanding fires or stoves, inset or wall mounted fires
and complete suites, to enhance the ambiance of any

Optiflame 3D oers a new kind of realistic
electric flame. For the first time, a 2D eect is
given 3D depth, by creating the illusion of
seeing through the flames to the back of the fire.
Optiflame 3D gives the power of choice over
flame colour and intensity. Add a blue flame to
mimic a gas fire or choose a deep orange for a
glorious glow. Depending on the time of day, or
how you feel, the flame can be adjusted from
low to high, or pulsating, plus you can adjust a
down light to enhance the drama.
The fuel bed can also be customised with
beautiful crystals, realistic logs, coal and pebbles
all supplied to create your own unique fuel bed*.
All Optiflame 3D fires have a 2kW thermostatically

burst of heat, yet the flame eect also works
independently of the heater, so you can still
enjoy that cosy feeling on milder days.
