How does
Optimyst work?
Our patented Optimyst flame eect is
a stunningly realistic illusion of flames
and smoke, almost impossible to
distinguish from the real thing
This fantastic eect is made possible
by the Optimyst glass disk transducer,
which sits inside an Optimyst fire and
creates the ultra-fine mist that forms
a key part of the world’s most realistic
electric flame eect.
The transducer uses ultrasonic
technology to create an ultra-fine
water mist via a glass/ceramic disk
within the transducer which vibrates
at high speed. The resultant mist rises
through the log bed and reflects the
light from the lamps within the unit,
creating the incredibly realistic,
three-dimensional illusion of flame
and smoke.

Easy to re-fill water bottle under fuel bed

Runs on average 8-10 hours before refill needed
•
Water is at room temperature, so no heat
•
Mist is so fine it does not add significantly
to room humidity
